CRM Secure Destruction
Centralian Records management offer ongoing destruction of sensitive paper documents we also offer destruction of plastics and other materials such as backup tapes, DVDs, X-Rays, cardboard, and other non-paper media.
How it works:
Confidential shredding bins are placed in appropriate locations on your premises. All Bins come secured with a combination padlock. We can either schedule a regular pick up being weekly, fortnightly, or monthly or you can call us for ad hoc pickups when full. Our friendly trained staff will exchange the full bin and transport the bin in our secure climate controlled vehicle to our facility to be shredded.
All our bins are then destroyed by shredding onsite at our facility, so no double handling is required. All material once shredded is then recycled, and a certificate of destruction is provided.

Sometimes you may need a once off service for large amounts of destruction, CRM offers a range of Project Destruction services that can be customised to meet your organisation’s unique needs.
